ECO - extends cruising range by using smart controls to regulate air conditioner power consumption and accelerator response. NORMAL – provides optimal power delivery for ordinary driving, ensuring responsive, comfortable driving in the city or on the open road. SPORT – provides quicker response when accelerating for a dynamic driving experience. SNOW/TRAIL - adapts to the conditions by enabling SNOW mode on 2WD models, or TRAIL on 4WD models, allowing the vehicle to detect and respond to uneven terrain by smartly managing torque to compensate for losses in traction

Dual Sensor Brake Support II
Millimetre-wave radar and a monocular camera are employed to detect vehicles, bicycles (daytime only), and pedestrians directly or diagonally ahead of the vehicle. If a collision seems possible, audio and visual warnings are issued to alert the driver. If the driver brakes with insufficient force, brake assist automatically engages to help slow the vehicle. If the probability of a collision increases, the system automatically applies brake force to help reduce impact force and mitigate damage.
Lane Departure Prevention (LDP)
When driving, LDP detects the left and right lane demarcation lines and predicts the vehicle’s path. If the vehicle begins to drift from the lane due to driver inattention, the system alerts the driver by sounding an audio alert or vibrating the steering wheel. If the system determines there is still a high probability of lane departure, it provides steering assistance to help the driver return to the centre of the lane.
Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA)
RCTA is a supplementary safety feature that uses millimetre-wave radar sensors to detect and warn of vehicles approaching from either the left or the right when backing out of a parking space or garage.
Adaptive High-Beam System (AHS)
AHS uses millimetre-wave radar and the monocular camera to detect the brightness of the surrounding area and the lights of other vehicles and adjusts the brightness and illumination range of the headlamps as needed. It also adjusts high beam brightness and illumination angle according to vehicle speed, and switches to low beam in well‑lit areas. Note: only available on e Vitara Ultra.
Comprehensive airbag system
The e Vitara is equipped with a comprehensive airbag system comprised of front, side and curtain airbags, as well as a driver knee airbag. This seven-bag system forms a protective cocoon, giving you greater peace-of-mind while driving. Equipped with dual front and side airbags for the driver and front passenger, along with rear side curtain airbags.

Glass Roof
